Cookbook for Dinner under 20 minutes


Sample Recipe:  Asiago Chicken


4 Boneless breasts of chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs (homemade or store bought)
½ cup Asiago or Parmesan Cheese-shredded


Mix cheese and breadcrumbs. Dredge chicken in crumb mixture. Bake at 350º in a single layer until done, approximately 15 minutes.

These can be baked, cooled, and stored (even frozen) for future use.




Leftover Ideas:
Cube cooked chicken and toss with tortellini and pesto for a great salad.

Make Asiago Chicken sandwiches with mayonnaise, pesto, lettuce, and tomato on soft rolls.
